Bonnie & Nathan Shea
Owners
After building a wood-fired oven in their home, Bonnie and Nathan Shea began their vision of a fun, wood-fired pizza concept that the east side of Plano could enjoy, and the rest is history! Longtime residents of the area, the Sheas are advocates to downtown Plano. They are actively involved with area nonprofits, including service on boards of directors, events, sponsorships and in-kind support through their restaurants.

Chef Salvatore Gisellu
Managing Executive Chef
Chef Salvatore began his culinary career in Italy in 1987. After moving to the United States in 1991, he lead several of Dallas' favorite restaurants, like Arcodoro/Pomodoro and Daddy Jack's Grill. In 2009, he joined Bonnie and Nathan to open Urban Crust. In 2014, he joined the Urban Rio team as Managing Executive Chef. Chef Salvatore and his wife, Jeanne-Marie, have two sons, Luca and Matteo.
